A movement-driven golf fitness assessment is designed to analyze a golfer's physical capabilities in relation to their swing mechanics, flexibility, strength, stability, and overall fitness. This type of assessment helps identify limitations in movement patterns that can affect a golfer’s performance, power, and consistency on the course.
Your Virtual Movement/Fitness Assessment will be held virtually with a TPI Certified Golf Movement Specialist where mobility, stability, and strength will be assessed for your overall performance and wellness goals.
After your assessment you may choose to continue working with your movement coach.
Continued work on your movement patterns, adding in strength and stability will improve your wellness both on and off the course.

The Judgment Index Assessment is a tool used to measure a person's decision-making abilities, values, and judgment skills. On and off the golf course, this assessment can offer valuable benefits to athletes, coaches, and professionals by helping them understand their thought processes, strengths, and areas for improvement in decision-making.
Your personalized Judgment Assessment for mental performance will be held virtually with our Mental Performance Coach and will include an initial follow-up to go through your assessment results.
Continued coaching with your mental performance coach will further will allow you to integrate your golf, physical, and nutrition with on-going coaching. Discuss and learn communication strategies to improve relationships with coaches, players, parents, siblings, teammates, co-workers, bosses, etc.
A golf nutrition assessment evaluates a golfer's diet and nutrition habits to ensure they are fueling their body effectively for optimal performance on and off the course. This type of assessment aims to identify how nutrition affects energy levels, endurance, recovery, mental focus, and overall health, which are crucial for success in a physically and mentally demanding sport like golf.
